We will work closely with you to take your idea, advise on potential solutions and create a sketch scheme for your approval. Once we have refined this we take all the stress out of your hands, we will develop your planning package and complete the application process.
Your local planning authority will usually take 8 weeks to process your application.
Once we have obtained planning approval, we will develop the tender package. This is where we will ask a panel of contractors to provide quotations for the works. This is where the design becomes more technical and usually when you will need to appoint a Structural Engineer.
The tender process is complete, you have reviewed the quotations and chosen your preferred contractor. Time to get spades into the ground, we will submit the building regulations application and co-ordinate with the contractor to ensure a smooth operation on site. We try to do everything we can to make this experience as stress free as possible for you.
